Our aim is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return purchased products within 10 days from the date on which you received them from Southern Bazzar and Bridal

All standard size gowns are eligible for 100% full refund

Custom made gowns can unfortunately not receive refund, unless item is faulty , (please understand the difficulty of finding a customer with your unique body measurements)

I would love to assist with combined postage when you buy 2 or more items.

I am happy to give refund within 5 day's of shipping, and item is returned in original condition. item must be returned within 10 days of reciept*There will be a small handling fee

buyer will be responsible for postage
